​The Bonnie Warren Memorial Scholarship

​

Bonnie Warren taught English for 37 years at Lake Zurich High School. She was an outstanding teacher, beloved by students and fellow teachers. She won a “Those Who Excel” Education Award from the Illinois State Board of Education in 1991. After her passing in 2019, Mrs. Warren’s family established this scholarship fund for LZHS students who share her passion for teaching, especially English.

The School District 95 Educational Foundation is proud to award the Bonnie Warren Memorial Scholarship. Annually, one $500 scholarship will be awarded to a qualifying senior.
