Birthday Box Bash

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the D95 Educational Foundation’s district-wide Birthday Box Project! It was incredible to see all of our schools coming together to collect items that brought joy and celebration to individuals in need across Lake Zurich and Lake County.

Each “Birthday Box” was filled with thoughtful essentials - from cake mix, icing, and candles to balloons, sprinkles, party supplies, and even a can of Sprite - the perfect substitute for eggs, oil, and water to make a delicious cake with just a simple pour and stir! All donated by our generous students, families, and community members.

What an Incredible Community Effort!  Because of your incredible generosity, we were able to pack over 595 birthday boxes and donated $1,200 in gift cards! This amazing achievement was only possible thanks to the kindness and support of our District 95 community - from the students and staff who collected items, to the families, neighbors, and local businesses who contributed donations and funding.
