CHAIR

Brad Bailey
Lake County Trailers

Professional Experience: Brad is currently the owner of Lake County Trailers located in Island Lake IL.  We are a top 10 dealership for Haulmark in sales of enclosed trailers.  Brad is responsible for running all facets of the business including sales, marketing and management are just some of what he does.  Before becoming the owner of Lake County Trailers Brad was a professional in the banking industry for 25 years.

 

Community Service:  Brad currently is the past President of the Lake Zurich Chamber of Commerce and an executive on the board.  Brad has been on the board for the past 7 years, with positions as President, Vice President and Treasurer.  Brad is an active member of LZANG networking group.  Brad supports several non-profit groups in the area and has put in many years coaching youth sports.

 

Personal:  Brad and his wife Melissa have 3 children- two daughters, one at Lake Zurich High (Junior) and the other is a Sophomore in college.  Brad's son is a senior in college.

Sandra Frampton
Real Estate Broker, @Properties

Professional Experience:  Sandra has represented sellers and buyers in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for the past 14 years, and is currently one of @Properties Top 100 Real Estate agents. Previous employment includes positions in both sales and marketing for BRITA GmbH, and General Store Manager for Toys R Us.  Sandra graduated with a BA (Hons) in European Policy from Southampton Institute, UK.

Community Service: Sandra has held many voluntary positions in local not-for-profit groups and school PTO.  In addition, Sandra has raised money for local charities and continues to strive to support the local community in any way she can.

Personal: Sandra and her husband Alan relocated to the US 17 years ago from England. Sandra and Alan have two children, Charlie and Hugh, one at Lake Zurich High School, and one in college.

TREASURER
Lisa Warren

The Vesalius Trust for Visual Communications in Health Sciences

Professional Experience: Lisa received her BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Lisa has worked with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Charlotte, NC, Heller Financial, Inc. in Chicago, IL and was the executive director for The Vesalius Trust for Visual Communications in Health Sciences for eleven years.

Community Service: Lisa was appointed to the CUSD 95 School Board in January 2012 and was elected to a four year term in February 2013. She serves on several Board committees. Lisa is an active volunteer in the community serving leadership roles in her church, St. Francis de Sales, her local swim and tennis club, Farmington Bath & Tennis Club, Middle School South PTO, Joanie’s Closet and Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse. Lisa is an administrative official for USA swimming and volunteers with her children’s USA swimming team, Alligator Aquatics. Lisa also volunteers at Saint Viator High School.

Personal: Lisa and her husband, Scot, reside in Kildeer with their three children.

CORPORATE SECRETARY
Ann Marie McConnell

Professional Experience: Over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Benefits Outsourcing and Consulting. Currently working part-time at Fairbanks LLC. Ann Marie earned a BS in Business Administration from Miami University with a double major in Computer Science and Statistics. She received her MBA from DePaul University.

Community Service: Ann Marie is actively involved in District 95 schools. She is the Chair of Joanie’s Closet and the LZHS Bear Boosters Activity Pass Chair.  Previously, she served terms as both the President and Secretary of the May Whitney PTO. She has chaired numerous committees at May Whiney as well as at Middle School South. Parent Volunteer of the Month, November 2016. She served a three-year term on the Board of the Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball Association. Ann Marie is involved in a volunteer capacity at St. Francis de Sales where she taught Religious Education for six years and volunteers her time supporting her children’s athletic teams and activities.

Personal: Ann Marie and her husband Scott reside in Kildeer. Scott is currently the President of the District 95 School Board. They have two children, a daugther at Lake Zurich High School, and a son in college.

VICE CHAIR – GRANTS
Andy Spette

The Tutoring Center, Long Grove

Professional Experience: Andy is the Center Director/Owner of The Tutoring Center in Long Grove.  In 2013, Andy made a significant career shift from his electrical engineering consulting position to his current role in helping children reach their academic potential.  The Tutoring Center assists students across the area, including District 95, in reading, writing, and math.  Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Community Service: Andy is an active member of the May Whitney Elementary School Parent Advisory Committee.  Additionally, Andy serves on the Board of Directors for The Rotary Club of Buffalo Grove.

Personal:  Andy and his wife Julie have two children in District 95.  Any free time is dedicated to the family passion of traveling (either enjoying a trip or planning the next one).  Although his children will tell you his passion is Chicago Cubs baseball, Indianapolis Colts Football, and Purdue athletics.

CO-VICE CHAIR - COMMUNICATIONS
Jennifer McGrath

Hollister Incorporated

Professional Experience: Jennifer has 20-years-experience helping companies develop multi-faceted internal/external strategic communications plans to raise awareness of key social issues and launch new products. Her experience includes developing in-depth measurement frameworks, nonprofit partnership development, corporate social responsibility programs and event planning. She currently spearheads strategic global reputation work at Hollister Incorporated in Libertyville. Jennifer also spent close to 11 years with The Allstate Foundation, worked with various PR agencies and started her career in sports public relations working with the United States Olympic Committee and The Ivy League.

Community Service: Jennifer volunteer with Lake Zurich Flames, The Cricket Theatre Company and Meals on Wheels.

Personal:  Jennifer and her husband, Ryan, reside in Lake Zurich and have two daughters at May Whitney Elementary and Middle School North. Most free time is spent chauffeuring the girls to cheer, tumbling and theater rehearsals. Jennifer believes strongly in the power of relationship building and leading with kindness.

VICE CHAIR - FUND DEVELOPMENT

Stephanie King

Discover Finanacial Services

Professional Experience:  Stephanie currently works at Discover Financial Services in Riverwoods.  She has worked there for over 12 years and is currently in the marketing department where she is responsible for managing all pre-approved channels in the direct mail arena.  Prior to Discover her background included being in the IT world (she prefers marketing to IT any day)…less stressful, which gives her the time/flexibility to volunteer within District 95.

Community Service:  Stephanie is currently involved in District 95 by holding the PTO President position at May Whitney along with chairing several committees at Middle School North.  She has been actively involved in cub scouts with her boys for the last 8 years where she has been a den leader, as well as the committee chair for the pack.

Personal:  Stephanie and her husband Tim reside in Lake Zurich.  They have two boys, one attends Middle School North and the other attends LZHS.

DISTRICT 95 SUPERINTENDENT & TRUSTEE
Kelley Gallt

Professional Experience:  Kelley Gallt joined CUSD 95 as Superintendent in June of 2019, after serving for six years at the district level providing leadership in the area of curriculum, instruction and assessment.  She most recently served the St. Charles learning community as its Chief Academic Officer, and prior to that was an Assistant Superintendent of Learning for Hinsdale 181.  Kelley has also served the Yorkville School District as a Director of Learning and Teaching and the Plainfield School District as a building principal.  Prior to this she taught at the elementary level.

Kelley received her Doctorate in Educational Administration from Aurora University, and holds a Master’s degree in educational administration from Governor’s State University. She received her Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.

Community Service: Kelley has been a Rotarian for the last two years and is a member of the YMCA Board.

Personal: Kelley is married to Eric and has four children, Brittney, Colton, Parker and Wyatt.  She currently resides in Deer Park.  She spends her free time reading professionally, running, and traveling to visit her children.

Indra Josephs

Professional Experience: Indra has been in the financial industry working with families for over 14 years.  She provides clients with holistic wealth management solutions that encompass virtually every aspect of their financial lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Indra focuses on helping clients achieve their vision of financial success and leave a meaningful legacy. 
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Indra served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, helping high net worth investors grow and preserve their wealth. Indra graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where she earned a B.S. in finance and organization administration. 
Community Service:  Indra has been involved in Spencer Loomis Elementary School serving on the PTO as co-treasurer for 2 years.  She is passionate about empowering youth and women in her community with financial education through organizations such as SIFMA's Foundation Invest It Forward™. 

Personal: Indra and her husband, Scot have 2 children who attend Spencer Loomis Elementary School.  She is active within her Lithuanian community and has participated in holiday folk dancing for more than 15 years.

TRUSTEE

Mark Haave

First Vice President, Cornerstone National Bank and Trust Company

 

Professional Experience: In his final year of undergrad at Illinois State University, Mark Haave took an internship with a local private bank where he worked in many different departments and learned about the banking industry. Today Mark is a First Vice President at Cornerstone National Bank and Trust Company with 15+ years of industry experience. Mark has a proven ability to utilize excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. He possesses strong leadership qualities, creative problem-solving abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills. As a member of Cornerstone’s commercial banking team, Mark is managing a growing book of business clients consisting of a wide array of transactions varying in size, type, and complexity.

Community Service :In addition to his role as a trustee for the foundation, Mark also serves on the board of directors at local non-profit, Pads to Hope. 

Personal: Mark was born and raised in Arlington Heights and currently lives in Lake Zurich with his wife and two children. In his free time, Mark likes to spend time with his family, golf, and coach his son’s baseball team

TRUSTEE
Vas Russis

Buckley Fine Law, LLC​

Professional Experience:  Vas received his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana – Champaign.  He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1990.  After graduation, he worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago.  Vas received his Juris Doctorate from the Chicago – Kent College of Law in 1995.  He is currently a partner with Buckley Fine Law, LLC in Barrington. 

Community Service: Vas is an active member of the Lake Zurich Chamber of Commerce. He also was an active member of Future 95, a group which advocated for the successful referendum to fund District 95 facility improvements.  Vas has also been involved as a coach in the Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball Association. Vas is a volunteer in the Incubator Program at Lake Zurich High School. 

Personal: Vas and his wife, Michelle, reside in Hawthorn Woods with their two children, both of whom are in college. He enjoys travelling with his family and golf and is passionate about University of Illinois athletics and the Chicago Cubs.

TRUSTEE EMERITUS
John Sfire

The Fidelity Group

Professional Experience: John is Chairman/CEO of The Fidelity Group located in Lake Zurich since its inception 20 years ago. Presently, the Fidelity Group owns/manages approximately 850,000 square feet of retail/office space in Lake Zurich.

Community Services:  John brings extensive community service experience to the School District 95 Foundation, having served for many years on the College of Lake County Education Foundation. John is one of the founders of the Foglia YMCA, and supports the Hawthorn Woods Womens’ Club, SNAP, and the Bear Boosters Club. He is also the Executive Director of Faith Food Panty, President of Northern Illinois Food Bank, and Executive Director of The Samuel R. Sfire Foundation which, among other things, distributes over $40,000 annually in financial assistance to qualified student applicants.

Personal: The Sfire family includes two School District 95 graduates, Jason Alan Sfire and Niki Sfire Williams.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ali Finn

Professional Experience: Ali comes to the Foundation with 10 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, administrator, and more. She most recently has 6 years of experience as a Director of Business Development and Social Media working in both the private and public sectors in various roles. Ali is very active in the Lake Zurich community and participates in fundraisers, outings, and supporting local businesses.

Community Service: Ali has been a part of the Board of Directors for Imerman Angels 1:1 Cancer Mentor Foundation as well as a mentor caretaker angel. She is also involved with Jackson Chance Foundation as their social media consultant. Ali also volunteers to administrate the local mom's group social media pages. 

Personal: Ali and her husband Ian live in Lake Zurich with their four children: Sadie (2015), Brooks (2016), Colin (2018) and Lola (2021), who will all attend May Whitney, Middle School South, and Lake Zurich High School. Ali and Ian enjoy their vinyl record collection, home projects, and spending time with their neighbors, family, and friends.
