To promote and enhance student learning.

• Extend and expand opportunities for learners
• Provide resources for enrichment activities outside of the normal school day.
• Provide resources for learning that are not normally associated with the responsibility of the District.

To encourage employee creativity and excellence.

• Provide resources to motivate and encourage employees to innovate in the pursuit of educational excellence
• Support unique opportunities for employees to grow and improve.
• Support unique initiatives for the enhancement of instructional programs.

To develop school, business and community partnerships

• Promote community awareness about the Foundation and educational programs of the School District.
• Facilitate cooperative ventures between the Foundation, school district, community organizations, businesses and industry.
• Support CUSD 95 as a center for community learning.

To seek resources from diverse entities to support Foundation initiatives.

• Provide a vehicle for individuals and organizations to contribute.
• Promote the involvement of volunteers in Foundation initiatives.
• Seek available grants.
